Why You Should Hire Me As Your Buyer's Agent

As your Buyer's Agent, I represent you and your best interests. My loyalty is legally with you, not the seller. You will have an "insider" who knows the details and the realities of the market, who can and will share them with you.
I will preview properties in person and via the internet for you. I will provide extensive information about the property and the town or city in which it is located.
The Seller has an agent, who represents them (Seller's Agent). By hiring me as your Buyer's Agent, you "even the playing field" and have professional representation.
I will help you determine the fair market value of the property and will help you to develop a negotiation strategy for the purchase of the property.
I will help you find the most qualified professionals to help you with the purchase of the property. For example Mortgage Officers, Home Inspectors, or Real Estate Attorneys.
I can help you locate properties that are not on the "market" and I can help you negotiate with "For Sale By Owners."
Hiring me as your Buyer's Agent usually does not cost you anything. The Seller pays the commission on the sale of their house.
A Buyer's Agent contract is an exclusive relationship in which I will be there to help you for any real estate transaction covered under the terms of the agreement.
I will prepare a negotiation strategy for the property you have selected, including a written Comparative Market Analysis and advise on the initial price and terms to offer where permitted. |
